Can I make one amendment? "Bella staring into the abyss is rotting, but journalling isn’t." Also, great read, once again. I have found that especially creative endeavours necessitate this tension-release cycle. Whenever I feel myself caught in an un-giving web, I tend to just lie down on my sofa or bed and stare at the ceiling for a bit. It really, truly, profoundly helps to get new ideas flowing or simply wind down from a stressful week and transition into a more relaxed state that allows creativity.
